Supervision, Consultation, Professional Development, & Training

I’m a Board-Approved Supervisor, and offer supervision, consultation, professional development, and training (as well as other speaking events and services) for individuals, groups, workplaces, services, schools, TAFEs, universities, hospitals, and other organisations. My areas of expertise and passion include:

  • Gender and sexuality (affirming understandings, support, and care for LGBTQIA+SB folk)

  • Gender diversity / inclusivity in clinical practice, and in the workplace

  • Neurodiversity / neurodivergence (especially ADHD, Autism, PDA, 2e), and neuro-affirming practice

  • Burnout prevention & management for neurodivergent, chronically ill, and / or otherwise disabled practitioners

  • Chronic illness / chronic health (e.g. autoimmune, connective tissue, dysautonomia, endocrine, energy-limiting, gastrointestinal, neurological, pain, and reproductive-related conditions, illnesses, and disorders)

  • Disability, anti-ableism, and disability justice

  • Eating disorders and disordered eating

  • Eating differences and eating difficulties

  • Eating disorders and body-related concerns trans, gender diverse, non-binary, queer, neurodivergent folk, chronically ill, disabled, and / or otherwise marginalised folk

  • Intersections of eating, feeding, body, gender, queerness, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and / or disability, alongside other maginalised identities & experiences

  • Affirming assessments (including Autism assessment, ADHD assessment, and WPATH assessment)

  • NDIS & DSP assessments/applications (completing assessments and supporting documentation/reports NDIS or DSP funding applications where Autism is listed as the “primary disability”)

Individual supervision and peer consultation:

  • Standard fee of $250 per hour (includes GST) for sessions (this also captures provision of any follow-up resources). Bookings can be made online via this link.

  • Reduced fee/sliding scale rates can be available upon discussion, and I also offer one pro bono (no-cost) mutual aid slot per month for multiply marginalised folks facing financial barriers. Please feel welcome to reach to me about either of these options if you need to; I approach all such discussions from a place of trust and respect, and am keen to accommodate what’s also accessible/within capacity for me :)

Group peer consultation:

  • Standard fee of $100 (includes GST) per hour, per attendee, for groups of three or more attendees (this fee also covers preparation time, and provision of follow-up resources). For groups of two attendees, the fee is $130 (includes GST) per hour, per attendee.

Review of documents or sessions:

  • Standard fee of $50 (plus GST) per 10 minutes for time spent reviewing de-identified documents, videos, recordings, etc outside of supervision sessions.

Professional development and training:

    • Standard hourly rate for content delivery starts $300 (plus GST) for content delivered live, during business hours.

    • For ≤10 people, standard fee is $300/hr (plus GST); for 11-20 people, $400/hr (plus GST); for 21-30 people, $500/hr (plus GST); etc.

    • If held outside of standard business hours, rates increase by $100-$200 per hour. The specific rate is determined based on time of session (e.g. early or later evening on weekdays) and weekdays vs weekends.

    • Preparation time starts at 1 hour (base fee of $300 plus GST) for trainings/content I’ve already created. If creating new content for (or tailoring existing content significantly to) your group, this additional content development/preparation time is charged at an hourly rate ($300/hr plus GST).

    • For those wanting training that’s co-created and co-presented by myself and another educator or health professional, the above listed costs are generally doubled (covering both presenters) unless otherwise specified / agreed.

    • Please note, for any in-person training, travel and (if applicable) accommodation costs are additional the above.

Other speaking / presentation events:

  • Standard fee from $500 (plus GST) per hour, delivered live, during business hours.

Volunteer speaking/charitable events:
