I am a Board-Approved Supervisor, and provide peer consultation / supervision, professional development, and training for individuals, groups, workplaces, and other speaking events, with particular experience in:
Gender and sexuality (LGBTQIA+SB)
Gender diversity / inclusivity in clinical practice, and in the workplace
Neurodiversity / neurodivergence (especially ADHD, Autism, PDA, 2e), and neuro-affirming practice

Fees
Individual supervision and peer consultation:
Standard fee of $250 per hour (includes GST) for sessions (this also captures provision of any follow-up resources). Bookings can be made online via this link.
Reduced fee / sliding scale rates can be available upon discussion, and I also offer one pro bono (no-cost) mutual aid slot per month for multiply marginalised folks facing financial barriers. Please feel welcome to reach to me about either of these options; I approach all such discussions from a place of trust and respect, and am keen to accommodate within what’s also accessible / within capacity for me :)
Group peer consultation:
Standard fee of $100 (includes GST) per hour, per attendee, for groups of three or more attendees (this fee also covers preparation time, and provision of follow-up resources). For groups of two attendees, the fee is $130 (includes GST), per attendee
Review of documents or sessions:
Standard fee of $150 (plus GST) per 30 minutes for time spent reviewing de-identified documents, videos, recordings, etc outside of supervision sessions.
Professional development and training:

Standard hourly rate for content delivery starts $300 (plus GST) for content delivered live, during business hours.
For ≤10 people, standard fee is $300/hr (plus GST); for 11-20 people, $400/hr (plus GST); for 21-30 people, $500/hr (plus GST); etc.
If held outside of standard business hours, rates increase by $100-$200 per hour. The specific rate is determined based on time of session (e.g. early or later evening on weekdays) and weekdays vs weekends.
Preparation time starts at 1 hour (base fee of $300 plus GST) for trainings/content I already have created, and is charged at an hourly rate ($300/hr plus GST) if creating new content for / tailored to your group.
For those wanting training co-created and co-presented by myself and another educator or health professional, the above listed costs are generally doubled (covering both presenters) unless otherwise specified / agreed.
Please note, for any in-person training, travel and (if applicable) accommodation costs are additional the above.
Other speaking / presentation events:
Standard fee from $500 (plus GST) per hour, delivered live, during business hours.
Volunteer speaking/charitable events:
Open to discussion.
