If you become a client (engaging with us for psychological services such as therapy and/or assessment), your personal information will be stored in accordance with our clinical record-keeping obligations under Australian law (for a minimum of 7 years) via our practice management software, Halaxy. If you do not become a client, we will only retain your contact form information as needed to manage your enquiry, after which it will be securely deleted.

 

Data Security

We are committed to protecting your personal information and take reasonable steps to protect/safeguard it from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised sharing, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, via measures we have in place. Information submitted through the Squarespace contact form, mailing list subscription field, or online shop, is transmitted via secure connections (HTTPS) and stored on Squarespace servers, which are compliant with international data protection standards.

It is important to note, however, that no online system can guarantee complete and absolute security, particularly as technology continues to evolve. While we follow current best practices in data security, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. It is also important to remember that keeping your information/data secure is also your responsibility. Do not share your passwords or account details with anyone else, regardless of whether they are known or unknown to you.
